Sandra Chávez has focused his practice in Labor and Employment Law, primarily in litigation and strategies for employer’s defense before the Federal and Local Conciliation and Arbitration Boards.

She provides advisory and legal consultation to companies; she has experience in individual litigation, conciliatory procedures, negotiation, and execution of labor termination agreements.

Before joining Cuesta Campos she worked in a prestigious firm specialized in labor litigation, time in which she developed and learned how to analyze and study lawsuits, providing her clients with strategies intended to protect the interest of their companies and reduce the possible liabilities and negative effects for such companies.
