Karla Jiménez



Karla is an associate of the Labor and Employment practice with a specialized expertise in labor litigation matters. Karla represents multinational and domestic clients before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards, also advising on aspects related to social security, subcontracting, negotiation strategies for individual terminations, and other consulting matters.

In addition, Karla is involved in civil and family counseling, involving employees and third parties, to help them comply with judicial orders.

Karla’s prior experience includes working for a well-known Mexican subcontracting company, where she was also in charge of labor litigation before the Conciliation and Arbitration Boards country-wide.
