Experience

Luis Melgar joined Cuesta Campos in 2014. Since then he has been collaborating with the Intellectual Property department of the firm.

Before joining Cuesta Campos Mr. Melgar worked in the contentious area of Mexican Institute of Industrial Property, collaborating in the processing and resolution of proceedings arising from alleged violations of trademarks, slogans and trade names protected.
