Mauricio Chozas, joined Cuesta Campos on 2012. He has centered his practice in Intellectual Property matters, which include patent, trademark and copyright affairs, related litigation before administrative and judicial courts and consulting.

His expertise goes back to 2000, achieving vast experience in trademark, patent and copyright prosecution, consulting, licencing and litigation, which include cancellation annulment and infringement actions before the administrative authorities and federal courts.

A main aspect of Mr. Chozas is to prepare and implement customised Intellectual Property protection and preventive strategies for clients.
