Regina de la Fuente


Regina is a member of the Labor and Employment and Social Security practice at Cuesta Campos. She provides legal advice to companies in various industries such as: manufacturing, textile and footwear, food, automotive, among others.

She has focused her practice in the design of strategies to protect the interests of multinationals and local companies in Mexico. She has experience in employment and labor litigation, analyzing cases and different scenarios presented to her clients, to determine the best resolution alternatives.

Regina has also developed and implemented labor structures, participated in restructuring projects, employer substitution processes, hiring of employees, outsourcing schemes, internal policies and regulations, and individual and collective negotiations. She has designed employment termination strategies to reduce risks for her clients.

Before joining Cuesta Campos, Regina worked at a prestigious law firm centered primarily on Labor and Employment litigation.
