  5. Preparation of agreements inserting ethical provisions and agents’ covenants to secure compliance with anticorruption laws and policies.
  6. Writing of articles regarding the application of the FCPA and the UK Bribery Act in Mexico.
  7. Participation in presentations and conferences before various Mexican and International Chambers with the topic of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, FCPA, and other related topics.
