Pursuant to the Data Protection Act and its Regulations, herein after referred to as the “Act”, the following Privacy Notice is issued by CUESTA CAMPOS Y ASOCIADOS, S.C.:



For purposes hereof CUESTA CAMPOS Y ASOCIADOS, S.C. (hereinafter referred to as “CUESTA CAMPOS”) with address at Montes Urales 750, Piso 4, Desp. 401, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, CP. 11000, Mexico City, Mexico, is the entity responsible of the collection, disclosure, storage, use, handling and transfer of the personal information provided by its employees (hereinafter referred to as the “Titleholders”).



The personal information that CUESTA CAMPOS obtains from the Titleholders includes but is not limited to: name, address, e-mail, age, birth date, gender, marital status, nationality, phone number, profession, as well as any other information that in particular for a specific case is needed in order to CUESTA CAMPOS to be able to provide the professional services requested.



The personal information obtained is for the following purposes: (i) provide services requested to CUESTA CAMPOS, (ii) comply with the obligations with customers, (iii) evaluation of quality of service (iv) give notice regarding any changes to the conditions of the services provided by CUESTA CAMPOS, (v) sending newsletters related to the services rendered by CUESTA CAMPOS, (vi) sending invitations to events organized by the responsible, and  (vii) give notice of any changes to this Privacy Notice.

Transfer of Personal Information.

Personal information collected by CUESTA CAMPOS shall not be transferred to foreign or national third parties for any reason. In case

Titleholders’ personal information shall be processed with the strictest confidentiality, according to the administrative, physical and technical security measures implemented by CUESTA CAMPOS in its internal security policies and procedures such as ensuring printed documents containing personal data in a secure location with limited access.


TITLEHOLDER means to exercise their data protection rights.

At any time, Titleholder or his legal representative duly authorized will be entitled to exert the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “ARCO Rights”). The exercise of one right does not preclude the exercise of the others.


To exercise any of the ARCO Rights, Titleholder must file a request in any of our offices located at Montes Urales 750, Piso 4, Desp. 401, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, CP. 11000, Mexico City, Mexico or at Bismark 192, Vallarta Norte, CP. 44690, Jalisco, Mexico or send it to our personal information department to the email address with reference to the Personal information subject.

The aforementioned request must contain the following minimum requirements: (i) name of the Titleholder, (ii) address and email to notify the response of the request, (iii) an accurate description of the personal information on which you intend to exercise the rights, (iv) the specific purpose of the request, (v) any element that facilitates finding the personal information. Also, Titleholder must attach a copy of any official identification or the document by which the legal representation is accredited.

The response deadline shall be of 20 business days as of the date on which the request of access, rectification, cancellation and/or opposition is received. The response to the request will be notified within the term specified above, to either, the provided email address or by a letter to the address stated in the request. Upon receipt of such notice, Titleholder shall have a term of 15 business days to make it effective if applicable according to the answer result.


At any time the Titleholder shall be entitled to cancel the consent granted to CUESTA CAMPOS to process his personal information, so that they cannot be used anymore. For such effects, Titleholder must submit a request following the requirements set forth above for the exercise of the ARCO Rights.  


CHANGES to the privacy notice.

This Privacy Notice may be amended form time to time with the purpose of attending new legal regulations and CUESTA CAMPOS internal policies modifications


Any amendment to this Privacy Notice will be notified to the Titleholder through publication on our website, by the email or printed document send by courier.


If the purposes for which the personal information is processed are modified, we shall ask for Titleholder’s consent for such new purposes if applicable.
