Ana Cristina Becerra has focused his practice on Labor and Social Security Law. Her professional experience includes the provision of legal counseling to national and international companies in various sectors, such as: electronics, automotive, manufacturing, construction, retail, among others; in matters related to their compliance with each and every one of the employer’s obligations foreseen in the Mexican law, including social security.
Her expertise includes the execution of labor and employment audits, enforcement of various contracting schemes (such as Specialized Services), attention of individual and collective conflicts, termination of all types of employees, preparation and implementation of labor and employment relationships management schemes, including hiring, disciplinary measures, change of general working conditions, profit sharing and structures for their adequate payment.
Likewise, she has participated in restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, employer substitutions, internal investigations in labor compliance matters and recruitment and hiring processes.
