Eduardo Hale García is a Junior Associate at Cuesta Campos, focusing on Labor and Social Security Law. He also brings experience in Civil and Commercial Law, including Family Law.

Eduardo has participated in a range of audits conducted by local and federal authorities concerning compliance with safety and hygiene standards, training, and general working conditions. He has also been involved in corporate restructuring and employer substitution processes, along with various social security compliance matters, such as workplace accident disputes, company registrations, modifications, and affiliate movements.
