Fernando is a partner in Cuesta Campos, he has specialized in foreign investment, asset transfers, and corporate and financial strategies. Within his areas of expertise are Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and Contracts.

Since 1996 he has represented national and international companies in commercial transactions, as well as in sophisticated corporate and financial negotiations. He has participated as a leading lawyer in transactions in which other specialists have been involved in Mexico, and also in operations with firms affiliated with Meritas throughout the world.
