Hugo Cuesta Tamayo has developed his professional legal and commercial practice in the corporate, real estate and tax areas at Cuesta Campos. His professional practice includes corporate, banking and financial law, real estate law and tax consulting.
Hugo has worked in representing international companies in the creation of corporate structures to effectively carry out operations in Mexico, as well as Mexican private equity participating in complex transactions advising in the contractual, tax and real estate matters.
In addition, Hugo has developed expertise in dealing with start-up companies in different stages that are looking to comply with Mexican regulations to adapt their operations and be in a better position to receive funding.
Before joining the Firm, Hugo worked for 3 years in other prestigious firms in the Banking and Financial and Capital Markets areas. He is currently studying the Specialization in Corporate and Enterprise Law at the Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City.
