José Antonio Gallástegui is junior associate in Cuesta Campos, where he has focused his practice in the area of ​​Labor and Employment. He has experience offering legal consulting services to both national and foreign companies in various different industries, such as: automotive, electronics, food and beverages, manufacturing, and construction, among others. He has advised national and transnational companies in all types of labor matters, including labor consultation to compliance with employer obligations in Mexico and Social Security aspects.

Also, hisexpertise also includes the review and preparation of different types of agreements and documents necessary for the operation of a company in Mexico including Specialized Service Agreements, the advice, implementation and review of strategies for hiring personnel, and termination of employment relationships, including those of high-level executives. Likewise, he has participated in restructuring processes, mergers & acquisitions, like employer substitutions, hiring processes and outsourcing/insourcing schemes.
