Sandra Chávez is senior Associate at Cuesta Campos, focusing her practice on Labor Law, primarily on the analysis, review, and fulfillment of the Employer – Employee obligations foreseen on the Mexican Legislation for all private entities. Moreover, Sandra has extensive experience on the restructuration of hiring schemes, negotiations and the planification of defense strategies for small, medium, and large companies, as well as individual and collective litigation before Mexico’s Federal and Local Labor Boards.

Likewise, Sandra has focused her professional practice on Collective Bargaining Agreement’s negotiations with national and local unions, as well as on labor and social security litigation, amparo actions, conciliatory procedures, labor inspections and the execution of high-risk terminations.

Additionally, she has vast experience on the instruction and training of human resources and regulatory compliance personal and/or employees of various companies regarding Employer – Employee obligations, prevention of malpractices and the promotion of an optimal workplace environment.
