Moreover, Sandra has extensive experience on the restructuration of hiring schemes, negotiations and the planification of defense strategies for small, medium, and large companies, as well as individual and collective litigation before Mexico’s Federal and Local Labor Boards.

Likewise, Sandra has focused her professional practice on Collective Bargaining Agreement’s negotiations with national and local unions, as well as on labor and social security litigation, amparo actions, conciliatory procedures, labor inspections and the execution of high-risk terminations.
